Anniversary Style: Black Lace Dress
Culottes, Tunics & Black Lace Dresses Oh My! but I digress...
Do you know your love language? I know we are still in the honeymoon phase since it's our 4th anniversary but my husband has known my love language since before we got married. Our pre-marital counselor, Pastor Bob, suggested we read “The Five Love Languages” and it was one of the best suggestions ever, you should get it! We read each chapter together and then discussed it to see how we felt and if we had found the “one”.
"We must be willing to learn our spouse's primary love language if we are to be effective communicators of love" ― Gary Chapman
My primary love language is “Quality Time” but I also love “Receiving Gifts”, I love Surprises! For our Anniversary I got the best of both! My husband David who usually works 6 days a week took 3 days off as a SURPRISE! He brought me 4 Red Roses on Wednesday after work, one for each year we've been married! We took a road trip to Wimberley and the Blue Hole and had a fantastic lunch. I wore Denim Culottes, a White T and White Trainers. Shop the look below:
